Starters

Carolina Crab Cake Trio- Crispy crab cakes filled with lump and claw crab meat, green pepper, onion, house seasoning, and Panko bread crumbs.  $9

 

Bang Bang Shrimp- Ale battered fried shrimp tossed in a creamy spicy sauce.  $9

 

Stuffed Mushrooms- Fresh mushrooms stuffed with crab meat, bread crumbs, and seasonings, topped with parmesan cheese and broiled to perfection.   $9

 

Seared Ahi Tuna- Ahi tuna seared medium rare and sliced, served over fresh spinach with side of ginger soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi.   $8

 

Chloe’s Fries- A generous serving of home fried potatoes smothered with Ranch, a blend of melted cheeses, crumbled bacon, diced tomatoes, and scallions.   $8

 


House Soups

She Crab Soup- A rich creamy soup loaded with fresh crab meat and laced with sherry… a must try café item!       Cup- $4.50      Crock- $6

 

Tomato Basil Soup- A chunky house made tomato soup mixed with a touch of feta cheese.

Fresh Salads

House Side Salad- Fresh mixed greens served with cucumber, tomato, carrot, red onion, and house croutons.   $5

*Please note that a side salad is included in the price of all entrees

 

Carolina Salad- An entrée sized salad with mixed greens, cucumber, tomato, carrot, red onion, house croutons, and topped with your choice of grilled shrimp, tuna steak, salmon, OR grilled chicken.   $14

 

Salad dressings: Ranch, Russian, Honey Dijon, Chunky Bleu Cheese, Balsamic Vinaigrette, or Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette

Madison Medallions- Two 4 oz. filet mignon medallions grilled to your preference, topped with Carolina crab cakes and finished with béarnaise sauce. $25

 

Filet Mignon- A tender 8 oz. filet mignon steak grilled to your preference, and finished with sauce béarnaise.  $22

 

Petite Medallion- One 4 oz. filet mignon medallion grilled to your preference, topped with one Carolina crab cake and finished with sauce béarnaise.  $18

 

Sirloin with Shrimp- An 8 oz. marinated sirloin steak grilled to your preference, served with a skewer of grilled jumbo shrimp.  $22

 

Marinated Sirloin- Our 8oz. marinated center cut sirloin steak is tender and juicy, grilled to your preference.  $18

Seafood Diablo- A generous portion of large shrimp and sea scallops sautéed with scallions and chopped tomatoes in a spicy red sauce, tossed with fettuccini.  $20

 

Seafood Scampi Pasta- A generous portion of large shrimp and sea scallops sautéed with garlic, butter, white wine, and lemon; tossed with fresh chopped tomato, scallions, and fettuccini pasta.  $20

 

Seared Tuna- Seasoned Ahi tuna steak seared to medium rare, served over rice with side of ginger soy sauce and sautéed mixed vegetables.  $18

 

Bronzed Salmon- Seasoned grilled wild salmon topped with a refreshing cucumber dill sauce, served over rice with a side of sautéed mixed vegetables.  $18
